It turned out the eye cream I bought is also an anti-aging. But I'm just 23. Can I still use it or would it ruin my skin?

Nothing will happen! I am younger and use anti-aging/anti-wrinkles cream because I am afraid to get wrinkles lol. You're at an age anyways where you want to be using preventative eye cream, so you're fine!
